UNITED KINGDOM & EU COUNTRY CUSTOMERS
Due to VAT Tax regulations enacted on Jan 1, 2021 in the UK and in EU Countries, we are no longer able to ship to the United Kingdom or EU Countries Orders placed with a United Kingdom or EU Country shipping address will be canceled and refunded and may incur a 5% transaction fee. We can still ship to a freight forwarder in the US, but they would need to be able to collect and pay VAT on your behalf.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order for any reason prior to it shipping, please email us within 24 hours of your purchase. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to get the order cancelled and refund the order. We reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse service. If we cancel the order, we will refund the amount paid minus a 5% transaction fee.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING REQUESTS
While we do our best to set our shipping rates as accurately as we can, we may at times request additional shipping if the amount to ship your order exceeds what our online store charges by a large amount (more than $10.00).

PRODUCT RETURNS-Non-Defective (non-custom)
Products may be returned to us within 10 days of receiving your order. All returns are charged a 25% restocking fee. We only accept products returned in their original packaging and in new condition. All shipping charges associated with shipping items back to us are the customers responsibility.

All returned products must be accompanied by an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us. To obtain an RMA Number, email us at [email protected]. Include in the email:
- Description of the item you wish to return
- Date of purchase
- Transaction ID from your emailed receipt
- Reason for returning the product

Returned items will only be refunded AFTER they have arrived at Utah Biodiesel Supply and have met the above criteria. Refunds are issued electronically to the account you purchased the item from.

PRODUCT RETURNS-Non-Defective (custom)
Custom built items are generally non-returnable and are handled on a case by case basis.

PRODUCT RETURNS-Defective
We offer a 30 day from date of purchase warranty for all of the products we carry (excluding consignments, see below).
This does not include neglect or misuse of the products.
In the unlikely event that your product fails within the 30 days, email us at [email protected] with an explanation of your issue.

We will contact you within 3 business day's to arrange a solution. Most commonly, we will ask you to ship the defective product back to us and we will ship you out a new one. You will be required to show proof of purchase date.
ie- A printed emailed receipt you received when you purchased the product.

If a product fails after the 30 days, you may contact us at [email protected] with an explanation of the issue. At our discretion, we may choose to replace the product, issue a refund, or refer you to the manfuacturer for warranty service on the item.

PRODUCT RETURNS-CONSIGNMENTS
Each item we sell on consignment is shipped and handled by each consignee offering the product. Should a product fail that you purchased from our consignment page we'll direct you directly to the consignee that offered it. Simply email us with the issue and we'll make sure it gets forwarded on to them. Feel free to send us any feedback in relation to how well our consignee's handled your issue as we strive to only offer products sold by good consignee's.

RETURNS SHIPPING CHARGES:
We will cover the postage to resend a new replacement item to you, but we do not cover the shipping charges to send a defective item back to us. Please understand that once a product leaves our hands the product is no longer in our control. If the package is lost or damaged it is up to you the buyer to contact the US Postal Service to file the claim of the lost or damaged item.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If your shipment arrives with damage to it you will need to email the following to us:
1- Description of the damage
2- Pictures of the damaged item
3- Pictures of the box the item arrived in (particulary showing any damage to the box)
-- without pictures of the box it arrived in we aren't able to file a claim.
4- Picture of the shiping label on the package
5- Date the package arrived
6- Email to: [email protected] with subject line "Damaged Shipment" This needs to be done within 10 days of receiving the package or else we may not be able to file your damage claim.

Once we receive your information we'll file the damage claim and await the outcome.

Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty only covers items when used in the manner we sell them for; especially electrical items.

Examples of items not covered:
- Broken pump bases from overtightening
- Electrical equipment failure due to biodiesel contamination in electrical control units
- Disabling the thermostats and burning out heating units
- Misters leaking due to improperly cutting tubing
- Improper application of vinyl decals
- Other misuse of products
