International Orders (Orders Shipping Outside Of The United States)
While we are more than happy to ship outside the United States, shipping is quite a bit
more.
International shipments will require more postage than our site charges. Before we can
ship your order we need to receive the additional shipping amount.
Any international orders with a total over $50.00 are subject to a
$5.00 International Paperwork and Transport Fee.
These orders can only be shipped by taking them directly to our
shipping carrier and require a fair amount of time and paperwork to complete.
They also may take up to 7 days to ship because of the extra time needed to prepare them.
We cannot ship your order until all of the postage has been paid.

with a request for the additional amount for shipping. We will email you back with the different shipping
options available to you along with the cost for each option.
Once you select a shipping option, you can
send us the additional amount via PayPal
(send the funds to info@utahbiodieselsupply.com)
or we can simply send you an invoice which can be paid using the same method you paid for your order.
If we don't hear from you within 2 weeks of placing your order, we will cancel your order and charge a
$5.00 restocking fee.

Please include the items you'd like to purchase as part of your order so that we can
estimate the shipping accurately.
Returns Shipping
In order to keep our prices low, we will cover shipping charges to send replacement items to you
but we don't cover the shipping charges for you to send a defective item back to us.
Shipping Material
We seek to be an environmentally concious company.
We pack all of our boxes with recycled packing material whenever possible.
This may include newspaper, kraft paper, and generic brown packing paper.
Our boxes and envelopes are also made from recycled material whenever possible.
So, not only do you get great products but you receive them in recycled products as well.
You may even get to read the local Utah news while unpacking your product!
