dry washing Biodiesel with dry wash resins. Everything about them from the materials used to the dimensions have been
optimized to allow the dry wash resins to perform at their optimum levels.
During the design and testing phase, Arbor worked
with specialists from dry wash resin manufacturers to identify optimum heights, dimensions, and surface

Unlike some of the competition, these towers are built to handle dry washing right! Instead of using PVC or poly
components which are prone to cracking and splitting when dry washing, these towers are made of high strength
steel. Even the resin support is an all-metal design.
These towers allow the Biodiesel to fully flow through all of the dry wash resin.
This means that your dry wash resin will last longer and wash your Biodiesel better because this design will
allow full use of 100% of the resin. This ensures that each user can acheive the full 100+
gallons of Biodiesel purification per pound of resin used.
Superior Resin Support System
The resin support system built into the 6" & 10" towers is far superior to competitors on the market.
Instead of using a single fine mesh screen placed at the bottom,
Arbor placed the resin support system above the very
bottom of the tower. This allows the Biodiesel to fully flow through all of the resin instead of tunneling like in some designs.
Also unique to these towers is the support system itself. Instead of having just a single mesh screen, this design utilizes
two screens positioned at just the right angle welded inside a high strength resin support system. This
unique design allows for better flowing of the Biodiesel as well as better filtering capabilities to keep the resin
contained in the tower.
The 12", 16", and 22" towers have the absolute best in the industry ion support resin grid. These 170 micron wedge wire panels ensure proper
Dry Wash Tower function, eliminating common compaction problems typical when using gel-type resins with stainless steel wire mesh screens.
The 12", 16", and 22" towers also come with a high quality
site glass which greatly aids the operator with proper filling of the dry wash tower and allows the user to see
when the resin bed has nearly reached its full expansion.

For our larger towers, we recommend using our Air Powered Dry Wash Pump.
This pump can be driven by an air compressor and can deliver flow rates up to 300 GPH (up to 5 GPM).

Testing For Soap
Remember, dry washing isn't effective if soap levels aren't measured. We recommend testing for soap content before and after
