We're available via email and check it several times a day during normal business hours. You'll usually get a response within 1-3 days depending on the time of the year and how busy things are.

Mondays & Thursdays are our busiest days for phone calls so if you call on these days & leave a message it may be the next business day before we call back.

If you call during business hours and we don't pick up, it means we're on the phone with a customer. If you're calling to learn about how to get started, please refer to the resources above. We're especially impressed with this one.

If you're calling about an order, be sure to leave your Order Receipt ID or Transaction ID, your name, time you called, and the phone number to call you back.
Please say your phone number slowly.

We also highly recommend using email instead as we're usually able to get to emails quicker.

PLACING AN ORDER
We can take orders online, by phone, fax, or even mail.
We gladly accept all major credit cards.

Ordering Online
Simply click on the "Click Here To Purchase" button to add items to your cart.
After you've selected all your items, click on the Check Out button.
You can pay with a major credit card or via a PayPal account.
- To pay with Credit Card, click on the "continue" link under the "Don't have a PayPal account?"
- To pay with PayPal, simply log in to your PayPal account and complete the order.

Ordering By Phone
Contact us at (801) 820-5753 during normal business hours to order via phone.

Ordering By Fax Or Mail
1- Add the items from the website to the shopping cart
2- When done, click the View Cart button (bottom-left)
3- Click on the Proceed To Checkout button (bottom-right)
4- On some orders just above the Shipping and Handling area
    you may need to enter your ship-to Zip Code to finalize the shipping amount.
   (Not every order will require this)
5- Click on Update Totals
6- Click on the Blue Down Arrow in the center just below Total With Shipping
7- Print out the shopping cart (hit the print button on your web browser)
8- If paying by Money Order:
    Simply include a Money Order for the complete amount.

    If paying by Credit Card, please include:

• Credit Card Type (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express)
• Name as it appears on the card
• Card Number
• Card Expiration Date
• Card Security Code
  -On Visa, Master Card, & Discover it's the last 3 digits on the back of the card
  -On American Express it's a tiny set of 4 digits printed just to the right above your cardnumber
• Billing Address (exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement)
• A valid phone number to reach you at if we have problems running the card
• (Optional) An email address where you'd like your receipt emailed to

Order's are filled and shipped according to our Shipping Schedule.
