Our Turnkey Raw Power Centrifuge package offers all the benefits of our 6,000 RPM Extreme
Raw Power Centrifuge with the added benefit of being pre-wired and ready to go right out of the box. Instead
of having to assemble the centrifuge and wire it up, you'll be able to simply attach hoses, connect the legs, plug
it in, and start centrifuging right away!
The Control Box
Dust is the main factor in AC drive failure so our Turnkey Extreme Raw Power Centrifuge
comes with a control box that's properly sealed to keep the dust out! The enclosure,
a cnc mill cut steel box, measures 10" x 8" x 6" and has screw tight latch.
Mounted securely inside is the powerful AC Drive that converts the 120 volts
into the right voltage and frequency to power the centrifuge bowl to your desired RPM.
To keep things nice & cool in the control box, a powerful 12 Watt Orion cooling fan
producing 31 CFM is also mounted inside. Mounted to the fan are 2 fan guards and
dust filters to ensure the fan keeps the dust out while still keeping things nice & cool.
To ensure proper current flow, 2 heavy duty 10 amp toggle switches are mounted on the side of the box. One
controls the power to the AC drive and centrifuge while the other controls the heat to the optional bolt on heater.
To ensure safety, the heat switch is only active when the centrifuge power is on to prevent the heater from being
active when the centrifuge isn't running.
Heavy Duty Power Cords
Got Power? We do! To make sure the centrifuge and control box are fed the right amount of power safely, a 10 foot
heavy duty 12 gauge power cord complete with an industrial grade 3 prong grounded plug is attached to the control box.
Next, another 10 foot heavy duty 12 gauge power cord runs between the control box and attaches to the centrifuge motor.
If you opt for the bolt on heater (highly recommended), another 10 foot heavy duty 14 gauge power cord is attached
to the bolt on heater assembly and runs back to the control box. This gives you a full 20 feet of power cord between the
plug and the centrifuge!
All of the power cords are made from industrial grade wiring and are surrounded with a heavy duty black insulated
cover that's ready to be stomped on, covered with grease and Biodiesel, and are up to handling any extreme conditions
that you might throw their way. Rest assured, these power cords are more than up to the task of keeping your turnkey
centrifugue powered and running!
Completely Assembled Centrifuge
The Turnkey Extreme Raw Power Centrifuge ships as a complete assembled unit. All of the fittings are installed,
the heaters assembled, the wiring is connected, and all of the clamps are installed. All you do is attach the legs,
connect hoses, plug it in, and you're up & running!
Easy To Use And A Lot Less Mess!
The Raw Power Centrifuge was designed specifically with ease of use in mind. By attaching the motor directly to the rotor
there's no need for high pressure pumps or pressure gauges. Because there's practically no pressure, it also means no bursting
hoses spraying oil everywhere. Instead, you get incredibly
clean, filtered oil that's ready to use in a matter of hours!
Up To 6,000 RPM's Means Awesome Cleaning Power!
With the power of up to 6,000 RPM's at your control, your dirty oil doesn't stand a chance!
To test just how good 6,000 RPM's is, we picked up some of the nastiest oil that was
obtained by an oil collector from a local McDonalds restaurant. The stuff looked really dark and smelled disgusting!
We hooked the centrifuge up to a carboy of the nasty, smelly stuff, fired it up, and
let it rip! We let the centrifuge work it's magic on 5 gallons of the oil and compared the filtered vs non-filtered
samples of this smelly stuff.
To check the results, we grabbed a 100 micron bucket filter
and put it in a 5 gallon bucket. We then poured the centrifuged oil through the filter to see just how much of the gunk it
had removed. It poured right through the filter like water (see picture on left).
Then we checked the bucket filter for any sediment and found nothing but an oily filter (middle picture below). Just to be sure
the filter wasn't plugged, we put it back in place and poured the rest of the centrifuged oil through it. Again, it just flowed
through it like water! Talk about impressive!
Next, we grabbed some of the unfiltered oil and poured it through the same filter to see just how nasty the oil really was.
Get this! It wouldn't even go through our filter! (see picture on right) It just sat on top of the filter screen
plugging it immediately! We tried scraping the filter and sloshing the oil around,
but all we could get was a few drips and then it'd clog it right back up. We were amazed at the difference!
The cone booster increases the efficiency of the centrifuge for ultimate in cleaning
performance while maintaining the easy and quick cleaning ability of the open bowl design.
Oil is fed into through the center port of the lid directly into the cone booster.
The booster then gets the oil spinning prior to entering the centrifuge bowl.
This reduces turbulance in the bowl and also keeps splashing to a minimum.
As seen below, the booster feeds the incoming/dirty oil into the bottom of the centrifuge bowl,
forcing the dirty oil to have to work it's way through the entire batch of existing oil in the bowl.
Because of the booster's simple design, the centrifuge bowl can still be cleaned with the booster installed and
makes the Raw Power Centrifuge even stronger!

Turnkey Extreme Raw Power Centrifuge Packages
The Turnkey Centrifuges are available in 120 volt single phase power and can be ordered with or without a bolt
on heater. Because they require complete assembly, they take a little longer to ship. When your order is placed,
the centrifuge kit is shipped to our vendor in Wisconsin. They fully assemble it, program the AC Drive,
test all the functionality, and pack it up to ship.
Lead times from ordering to being assembled and ready to
ship runs currently about 2 weeks. Once it's ready to ship, it ships out via UPS Ground and a tracking number
will be sent to the email address you provide. Now Includes A Booster Cone Pre-installed!
