This is the ultimate machine for making your own Biodiesel! If you've ever wanted a completely automated processor, then go no further.
With completely automated controls, this machine makes making biodiesel EASY!!! All you do is add oil, catalyst, methanol and sulfuric acid,
hit the big green button and WALK AWAY! No transferring of oil from one place to another. No adjusting levers and valves to make sure
things are added just right. Nope. You don't even have to transfer the processed biodiesel to a wash tank. It does the washing right
in the unit! It'll even draw the water it needs for washing right from a standing water source.
It's made from high-quality 304 Stainless Steel and has been designed for minimal operator involvement. It has a patented logic controller
that monitors everything with full built-in monitoring and fault protection. And, for you control frieks out there, it even
has a fully manual mode that allows you to override the automated logic controller (although, we're not sure why you'd want to) and control every
step of the reaction.
The unit is so thoroughly thought out that it even comes with it's own fueling pump complete with a nozzle for easy fueling. It can process both
new and used oil and has been tested to handle the worst oil you can throw at it. It's completely automatic and easy to use.
The units are custom made and built with extreme care and precision. Everything is built to be biodiesel compatible from the start so you know
everything will work right out of the box.

Upgradable Capacity
The BioPro 190 is available in a standard model or in a BioPro EX model, which adds the revolutionary
INCOSEP technology to the processor allowing it to process batches in
just under 22 hours! Add a Spring Pro T76 Dry Wash System to the mix and
you can produce a batch of Biodiesel from start to finish in as little as 13 hours!

Ease Of Use
If you've ever made Biodiesel with other similar equipment on the market, you know how much of a hassle it can be.
Turning valves, doing titrations, mixing chemicals, monitoring timers and several other time consuming activities that require
you to be a part of the process. When you use a BioPro all of that goes away. Instead of turning valves & making sure things
get added right, you just add everything to the machine, press a button and walk away. If you've ever made Biodiesel any other way

Automation Processing
Why make Biodiesel if it's going to be hard, right? You've got better things to do than try & figure out titrations or make sure you've added
enough methanol or checking to make sure all the valves are properly set each time. With the BioPro 190, making Biodiesel is easier than running a dishwasher.
You just put everything in, push the button, and let it take care of the rest. It calculates everything for you and lets you have your life back!
Sulfuric Acid
With most processors on the market, you're limited in the type of feedstock you can handle. Because the BioPro 190 uses Sulfuric Acid, it will handle much nastier oil! In fact, it can handle
oil that titrates clear up to a 9 using the KOH method of titrating. But, because we provide simple to use Go/No Go Kits, you don't even have to do a
titration. Just add a sample of potential oil to the Go/No Go Kit and in under 5 minutes you'll know if it's usable in a BioPro 190 or not.
Automated Washing
If you've ever washed Biodiesel before, you know what kind of a pain it can be. Transferring fuel to a wash tank, hoping you've got all the glycerin
out, turning on the water, hoping it doesn't overfill, monitoring it for emulsions, and the list goes on and on and on. With the BioPro 190, all of that ALSO goes
way. That's because washing happens right in the BioPro 190. You just drain off the glycerin and push the wash button and let the machine take care of the rest.
It even drains it's own water and when it's done washing it kicks on the drying cycle and dries the biodiesel to a crystal clear, perfectly dry fuel.
